Family Pool & Spa LLC

"Huge shoutout to Cody at Family Pool and Spa! He came out today to help us diagnose a pump issue and ended up doing a really comprehensive service visit — thorough salt cell cleaning, backwashing, filter check, the works. He clearly knows his stuff. What stood out most was how willing he was to teach. I’m working on learning to handle pool maintenance myself, and Cody patiently answered every question I had and explained each step along the way. That kind of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. Family Pool and Spa has been taking care of us for years, and experiences like this are exactly why. Highly recommend — ask for Cody!"

"Family Pool and Spa has been fantastic to work with. They’ve helped me maintain my pool without the huge expense of weekly pool service, while still providing professional guidance and support whenever I need it. Their team is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly knows their stuff. Anytime I’ve had questions or issues, they’ve taken the time to explain things clearly and help me keep everything running smoothly. It’s hard to find companies that are both professional and genuinely helpful these days, and I’m very grateful I found them. Highly recommend Family Pool and Spa to anyone looking for trustworthy pool experts."

"Jake from Family Pool & Spa came out today to change the medium in our sand filter. He did a great job, kept his work area neat and tidy, and cleaned up the area around the pool equipment before he left. Equipment is running great. Also, this company provides the best weekly pool service. Our yard boarders a large pond with lots of trees and the company has kept or pool chemistry perfect!! Highly recommend!"
