THG Real Estate

"Nelja Westwood did a great job as my real estate agent. She was calm and composed and a good problem solver. Viewing homes together...she had a good eye for problems or amenities of a home. She was very reliable and quick for followup actions that were needed. She has great knowledge of home structural details as well as the administration of contracting a home to purchase. Nelja was very patient and did not ever apply any pressure for a purchase. Her relaxed but efficient personality made us a good team...and she was very easy to work with. Thank you Nelja...I would recommend your services to anyone !"

"Erica Laudenback is an outstanding realtor who truly went above and beyond to help us purchase an incredible piece of land in Idaho. From the very beginning, Erica was incredibly proactive in conducting thorough searches to find properties that matched exactly what we were looking for. She guided us seamlessly through writing a strong purchase offer, negotiated effectively, and celebrated with us when the offer was accepted. During the due diligence and escrow period, Erica was exceptional — always one step ahead, keeping us informed of every detail, and promptly reminding us of any action steps we needed to complete. Thanks to her diligence and organization, the entire process was remarkably smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable. Erica is not only highly knowledgeable and super informative, but she also brings wonderful positive energy to every interaction. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and exciting. We were so impressed with her professionalism and care that we will definitely be working with Erica on our next purchase. I will happily refer her to anyone looking for the very best realtor — she delivers exceptional service every step of the way. Thank you, Erica! Highly recommended!"
