Cendejas Group at Keller Williams Realty Boise

"Julie was absolutely amazing throughout our home-buying journey. With decades of experience in the Treasure Valley, she knows every aspect of the process and guided us with confidence and expertise. As first-time homebuyers, we felt at ease from our very first meeting. Julie's knowledge, professionalism, and reassuring approach helped build our confidence every step of the way. She also has a fantastic team that helped keep us organized and on track with paperwork, deadlines, and important details. Julie truly made buying our first home a smooth and stress-free experience. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."

"I can't begin to tell you how wonderful of an experience my brothers and I had with Julie. We live in Kentucky and Julie was instrumental in helping us sell our Uncle's home in Meridian ID after he passed away. From recommending vendors to clean and repair before putting his home on the market to making sure the process was seamless thru closing, she was extremely helpful and patient with a first-time seller. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Julie!"

"Julie made our first-time home buying process seamless! I will forever recommend her. She treats you like family and is extremely responsive. I still keep in touch with her years later. She’s not only a fantastic realtor, but a lovely person. Thank you so much, Julie!"
