City of Trees Real Estate

"Mariah May is amazing! Do not let her little size fool you! She is a great negotiator, she is not afraid to go to bat for her clients and that is what every Realtor should do and be for their clients. We have bought and sold 5 homes over the past few years and she has been one of the best realtors to work with. She was so patient and willing to dig through countless CCR’s to find specifics about animal allowances for us. She attended the walk-throughs and didn’t take no for an answer from the builders when they tried to avoid doing certain things. She responded to my messages quickly. Her marketing team did such a good job with photos of the house we were selling. So good that we sold our house within hours of listing it! I was about ready to give up on selling our house before we found Mariah and I am so glad we didn’t. She made the entire process of selling and buying a home a joy! Thank you, Mariah and team!"

"City of Trees helped me sell my home. Working with Francesca and the entire team was an amazing experience from start to finish. They made everything so easy for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond, this is the one! I will definitely be reaching out to Francesca in the future!"

"Thank you to Francesca, Becky and the City of Trees Real Estate team for helping us complete our new home purchase! Francesca managed all communication with the listing agent, fielded calls and questions day and night, kept us informed throughout the process, and helped us to close on time. We look forward to working with her and the team on our upcoming sale transaction."
