He responded to my call super fast, even for what turned out to be a simple bathroom faucet leak. We connected right away over text, swapping photos of the issue, and he took the time to research my exact faucet model, track down the part, and offer to come out on a Sunday to fix it. No upcharges, just a fair, awesome price for quick, professional work. But what really sets Gary apart is the guy himself – he’s hilarious, down-to-earth, and we ended up chatting about all kinds of stuff, including some killer barbecue tips that I’m definitely trying next weekend. He turned a annoying leak into a genuinely fun experience. I’ll be calling Gary for every plumbing need from now on.
