Boise Family Plumbing LLC

"Boise Family Plumbing is amazing. Long story short we ended up needing to hook up to city water due to well issues and Thomas and his team were excellent. Thomas, Elijah,John, and Igor are knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. They were mindful of how they left the rooms where they had to open up and or move stuff; Igor made sure the ground outside where the hole and trench were dug was filled in and level. In summary when they were here working they were kind and courteous, worked hard and fast and did an excellent job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Boise Family Plumbing was amazing to deal with! I called the office with an urgent need and they were very helpful and understanding. The communication with the office staff was top notch! When the tech arrived, he was very friendly, explained things well, gave me time to process the issue and helped me come to a conclusion. Highly recommend! I will be using them for all our needs going forward!"

"Updated: decided to replace the hot water tank. Igor showed up on time. Was extremely professional. Explained how everything would work. Was done on time, communicated with me during every step of the process. Was respectful of my property, left it clean and tidy. Used high quality parts. This company is an excellent value, uses the highest quality products. I will use them going forward, so much better than the big guys. Honest. Friendly. Professional. I felt like after, like I was a valued customer not just a number. Elijah was great. Very professional. Had them come out for a second opinion and he took the time to really look at the issue, diagnose it and give me options. I will definitely use them again. Compared to others in town I find them trustworthy and reasonably priced."
