Timeless Photo

"I'm so impressed by this place! I've been seeing a lot of negative reviews, so I thought I'd add my two cents in as someone who was a first time customer and just got their scans back. Gorgeous scans and very friendly customer service. The only reason I'm doing 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because the order took longer to process than what they originally said. However, because of the results, I'm going to keep going back. EDIT: The last two times I took my scans in, I got them back quickly! So I'm changing my review to 5 stars."

"Timeless Photo does a great job for me. Just imagine how much business these people get being the only place in Boise. I drive all the way from Emmett, I’ve seen the cubbies full of all the different people’s names alphabetically who come here just for getting film developed. It’s a lot and you better appreciate what these people are doing because they probably don’t make enough money either. If you don’t like it you can go buy the chemicals and do it yourself! I didn’t even realize all of the different things this company has to offer. This world doesn’t owe us anything and I am truly grateful for the timeless photos I’ll be having for the rest of my life. Plus, everyone who works there is very nice and amazing! I’ve been there like 10 times and I still forget how to fill out the sheet and every time they calmly remind me. They have made no mistakes with my photos and if they ever did I would forget about it. I’ve read the other comments, they work hard to make things right with their customers. These are real people working here. Show them some love."
