Superior Pools

"Title: A Masterclass in Luxury Asset in custom pools. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Owning a luxury pool is more than a backyard addition; it’s a major financial investment. Our journey with Teri’s Pool and Spa began in 2013 when they constructed our custom pool for $92,000. Over a decade later, I can confidently say that partnering with them was the best decision we could have made for our property. The 13-Year Track Record (2013–2026) For over 13 years, the team—including (Owner) Teri, (Manager) Steve (Project Manager) Thompson, and Adien (Technician) —has provided a level of service that is beyond spectacular. Many owners underestimate the importance of specialized care, but Steve and Thompson meticulous weekly maintenance has been our insurance policy, preserving the pool’s pristine condition through years of Idaho seasons. The Refurbishment & Insurance: Following significant winter snow damage during Boise's "Snowmageddon" refers to the historic and infamous winter of 2016-2017, when an unprecedented 39.1 inches of snow battered the Treasure Valley, including 21 inches in January alone, we faced a complex refurbishment project. This is where Teri’s truly separated themselves from any other contractor. Teri navigated the daunting insurance process for us, acting as a tireless advocate to ensure the refurbishment was not just a "patch job," but a proper restoration. Engineering Excellence: Under the leadership of Thompson, the refurbishment went beyond aesthetics. He brought in high-level engineering subcontractors to implement behind-the-scenes structural solutions specifically designed to forestall future winter damage. The result in 2026 is a pool that is visually equivalent to its 2013 perfection but engineered to a superior, future-proof standard. The Exclusive Pebble Tec Advantage: It’s important for homeowners to know that Teri’s is the only specialized provider in the Treasure Valley equipped to source and service authentic Pebble Tec pools. This finish is the gold standard for luxury pools, and hiring anyone else is a massive risk to your investment. The Bottom Line: Do not be tempted by "cheaper" options. In the world of high-end pool ownership, a budget contractor often lacks the structural foresight, insurance advocacy, and specialized certifications that define Teri’s Pool and Spa. If you want absolute peace of mind and an asset that looks as good in year 13 as it did on day one, trust Thompson and the crew at Teri's."
