"Lex at the Lobby Bar was amazing. We came off the road and needed some atmosphere and refreshment. We received both, and then some. We felt welcomed right away. Beverages were fantastic. We had questions about food...her recommendations from the Trillium menu were spot on! We ordered a craft cocktail "off menu" and she made the best version I have ever had. Lex made the start of our stay a very, very positive experience. We will be back because of her, and a very well rounded experience."

"Everything about this restaurant is impressive. Great service and atmosphere but the food was on another level. Everything we ordered was delicious. The Cajun mac and cheese was insane. They make their own pasta and you can taste it. The chef put together such a unique twist on every dish that worked perfectly for such unique flavors. We will be adding Trillium to our rotation of date night spots."

"Amazing! Delicious! And accommodating! 1st time to The Grove and LEX (who is the best) helped to recommend some of the happy hour treats after having a conversation. I didn't hesitate when she suggested an appetizer and beverage- 10/10!!! Best part of it all, is her service, her style and her smile. She is an asset and should train new employees in hospitality and service."
