Eureka!

"Had an awesome experience at Eureka! in Boise! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch. The service was truly exceptional, and Brandon, the General Manager, stood out for his friendliness and welcoming attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it really made a difference. The food was just as impressive. The spicy lettuce wraps were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Definitely a must-try if you’re looking for something fresh with a kick. Great atmosphere, fantastic service, and amazing food. Easily a 5-star experience—we’ll definitely be back!"

"Had a great time! Really solid atmosphere, I think the decor is very homey and welcoming. We got very quick service, and our server Javier was the highlight by far. Extremely people friendly, kept us involved and made everything super easy. A delightful person and employee I'm sure from our interactions. Made my 25th birthday much more fun!"

"My wife and I recently celebrated a birthday at Eureka Boise, and we had a great time. We actually had a last-minute issue because I accidentally got the reservation dates wrong, but Brandon, the manager, completely saved the day (and likely my marriage ha). When I called, Brandon answered the phone and went above and beyond to help us make our birthday celebration happen. Even with the last-minute change, he was incredibly accommodating and genuinely kind. When we arrived he remembered me and treated us like we were old friends. He recommended a martini which my wife loved, and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The food, the cocktails, and the service throughout was excellent. Everyone made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating my wife’s birthday. Thank you again to Brandon for pulling through for us last minute and making our birthday dinner so memorable. Exceptional customer service like that is hard to find, and it's one of the reasons we'll be back. Highly recommend Eureka Boise"
