"Sweet little hotel in a great location. Room details and amenities really made this place stand out to us. The Sparrow is like staying in your slightly bougie besties guest room. We booked a last minute king room on a Saturday night for an impromptu weekend getaway. We were greeted warmly at the door by a cheerful duo and a gentle giant of a dog. Perfection. Staff are all welcoming and exceedingly helpful with anything guests might need. Fair warning, parking is $15/night, but that seems to be the norm more and more. The king room is on the small side, but the set up is comfortable enough with a desk/chair and a sofa, especially if you aren’t planning on eating in or spending a lot of time in the room. The bed is *extremely* comfortable, one of the more comfortable hotels beds we’ve experienced. The AC unit is newer and nicely effective. Decor is modern and clean with a slightly industrial vibe. The in-room coffee/tea set up had me very happy. Heavy ceramic mugs with a lovely Fellow electric teapot and very decent coffee with all the normal fixings like real cream and raw sugar. We were pleased, to say the least. Really a great way to wake up after a night out. The lighting in the bathroom is nice, if you can believe it. I think that’s a first for me with hotel lighting. And the bath products provided are high end Malin + Goetz. Huge, fluffy hoodie style bathrobes are provided in room and added beautifully to the comfort of our stay. Every outlet in the room has multiple USB ports. All of these thoughtful touches, plus being within easy walking distance to so much downtown Boise has to offer, made for a very pleasant stay. We would recommend The Sparrow to anyone and will most definitely be staying again in the future."

"What a great find! Traveling with 2 small dogs and needed a room for the night. From the moment we met Jodi at the front desk we knew we had discovered a treasure. Great location near needed amenities and an assigned parking spot! Jodi checked us in and personally showed us to our parking spot and showed us to our room. She is a gem. Beautiful clean open rooms with a European flair. They even provide welcome gifts for the dogs. Couldn’t have been better. Thanks to Sara also. One of our favorite place ever. Will be back!"

"We were just here for our anniversary last weekend and it was exactly what we needed after such a stressful last month. The hotel was beautiful and the room was so neat!! The nice woman working at the front desk, Taylor, made sure to make us feel right at home and gave us so many amazing date ideas for our stay. Will definitely be coming back the next time we decide to come this way!! :)"
