"Great employees, very helpful... they shrugged to accommodate my ADA needs. The only reason not 5 stars is this venue doesn't have the best acoustics and the seats I bought were partially obstructed by speakers and nothing was listed in seating description. My family sat there, but I was moved to ADA seating which was fantastic"

"I attended a concert here I believe twice, and had an excellent experience both times. I can say that the staff and security there are very attentive and caring about making sure your experience there is a good one. I had trouble with my ticket which was through my phone and they simply looked my name up on their list and it was handled simply and smoothly. One thing that is a bit of a bother is the pricing at the concession stations, but you're in Boise after all leaving you with plenty of options for before and after your event."

"We enjoy this venue, been to MANY concert here... we always pay the extra for Premium parking so we don't have to walk too far. To bad men dont know how to use the restrooms without being nasty though. Rarely have to wait in line for the women's restrooms. Don't forget this is a clear bag policy venue now."
