The Avery Hotel

"I stayed at the Avery 3 nights for work. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and attentive. The rooms were clean, well put together/decorated and stocked with all the necessities. The location is great! Shopping, coffee shops, fine dining and bars all with in a few blocks which makes it easy to walk around and see the beautiful historic buildings and the backdrop of the mountains. I will book at the Avery again for business and have talked to my husband about visiting for a long weekend. We did not get to eat at the resturant but were told by 2 Uber drivers that you have to go there just for the pistachio souffle. That is on the agenda for my next visit."

"I have never in my adult life enjoyed a hotel more! The Avery is the loveliest and most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Owning a historic home myself, I enjoyed all of the original details and the replicas placed throughout. It is obvious that great care was taken with the remodel / restoration of the hotel and restaurant. I felt so at home here as we have many of the same lights and lamps in our home in Oregon. The rooms are gorgeous, well appointed and oh so comfortable! I slept so deeply thanks to the heavenly mattress, fluffy pillows, heavy blanket and crisp sheets. Normally I toss and turn incessantly in hotel beds, but I don’t think I moved at all once I fell asleep. I will definitely be back, this will now be our go to hotel for visiting our son at Boise State! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"Amazing hotel, the food is absolutely amazing. I highly reccomended at least one meal here during your stay. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was great. No annyoing squeeking or hard springs digging into you. The showers are hot and have great water pressure. The staff was friendly and inviting. We had two dogs and they were so accommodating. The host even walked past the room to make sure they weren't distressed during our meal. 10/10 best hotel stay I've had the privilage to enjoy!!!"
