"Such a great studio. Both locations are very clean/peaceful/comfortable. It feels very local. I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken (and I’m almost at 120 classes!) You can tell the instructors really care about the history and ethos of yoga. A standout for me is the instructor Justina. Her classes are always such a wonderful blend of relaxing and challenging. Her Wednesday “move with stillness” and “slow flow” classes are my favorites."
