Smart Move Property Management

"I’ve had the opportunity to work with Andrea at Smart Move, and I continue to be impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and attention they bring to their clients and business. Andrea is incredibly engaged, responsive, and genuinely invested in serving people well, not just managing properties. You can tell she cares deeply about creating a great experience and building strong relationships. It’s refreshing to work with a business owner who is this involved and committed to excellence. I would highly recommend Smart Move to anyone looking for a property management company they can trust."

"From start to finish, Smart Move Property Management has exceeded expectations. Andrea, Jennifer, and Kelly are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whether you’re a property owner looking for management services or searching for a rental home, they make the entire experience easy and stress-free. They are one of the best property management companies in the Boise area."

"As a licensed Realtor I personally managed my rental properties for several years before I met Andrea and her staff at SmartMove. Handy over a portfolio of homes was the best decision I ever made. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and the focus on maintenance and tenant qualification and retention. 5 stars without a doubt."
