Capital City Heating & Cooling

"I can't say enough about this business. They are by far the most reliable, affordable, and professional heating and cooling company I have ever dealt with. Their excellent customer service goes above and beyond. My elderly Mom's heater went out during a cold spell, Miguel was our technician who arrived on time and kept us informed during the appointment, he was able to replace a pressure switch and get it running within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it happened again and Miguel was right back out to determine the issue. The owner Michael ended up coming out to see why the switch kept failing. He determined that the furnace was not level due to some issues in the crawl space with water getting in. He was able to get a crew out after hours to get this problem fixed which took hours. He came by that evening when the technicians had completed the job to make sure it was done properly, and to make sure I was happy. He did not want my Mom to have another day of being cold. I have never had such amazing customer service from an owner/staff in my life. You would be crazy not to use this business for your HVAC needs. They also have a GREAT maintenance program that also gives discounts on any work you have done."

"My wife and I lost A/C function at our home, which has a 20-year-old gas furnace + A/C unit. Mike replaced our capacitor at no charge, which got our system working, and taught me a lot about how HVAC systems work along the way. He also walked me through replacement options at fair prices, given the age of our system. We are very grateful to Mike and would highly recommend Capital City Heating and Cooling."

"When I called, I reached a real person, and even though i needed help with my AC after hours, the technician literally showed up within 30 minutes, when all the other companies I called only had availability the next day. Miguel was courteous and clear, and solved our problem quickly and for a reasonable cost. He told us about contract style maintenance services available but wasn't pushy at all, and he educated us about maintenance we could do ourselves. Fantastic experience overall!!"
