I also, like others, have a hard time knowing if drop is actually in the eye with different application process. I pray insurance helps with cost because I really like the results I am experiencing with the drop. Can’t continue paying hundreds of dollars monthly."

"Quick and friendly. The product did arrive quickly however all of the chill packs were melted and already 65 and above. The bag wasn’t sealed so it did not hold the cold. I understand the bags may be melted but I could not get a response if the temps were going to be ok. I hope the refill is packaged better."
