"We held our small, intimate wedding at the Bishop’s house on Friday, May 1, 2026! I have been in love with this location for the last decade as a professional photographer and it was a dream venue. Incredibly beautiful, and so much history. Our wedding was small and a short window of time so I wish I had made more time to be at the venue because there was a group directly after us so we rushed around to get out in time but besides that, this place is magical. The bridal room is to die for! I would suggest a weekday wedding like we had. Parking is ample, and it’s beautifully lit most of the day. The grounds are stunning and the inside of the house is a marvel. - BEAUTIFUL inside and outside. Very little need for decorations for brides who enjoy beautiful simplicity - Lots of parking - They set up the chairs and tables - Kitchen area for prep - Bridal room is absolutely stunning! I will always recommend this venue and have a deep love for it! My guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen."

"We held our wedding at The Bishop’s House and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. This historic Victorian home, with its well-maintained landscaping and stunning backdrop of the Boise Foothills, made for a truly picturesque venue. We especially appreciated the bridal and groom getting-ready rooms — not only were they convenient, but they also made for some really beautiful and memorable photos. The charm and character of the house added a unique touch to our day, and we’re so glad we chose this location for such a special occasion."

"Just had our June wedding here, and it was absolutely beautiful! The interior of the house is gorgeous, with perfect rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The wrap-around porch made for a nice walk down the aisle. The arch and garden were a beautiful backdrop to our alter and cake cutting. There was so much greenery and flowers in bloom, so little extra was needed to decorate the space. Our vendor set up a bar in the gazebo, and we had our guests seated in the main yard for both the ceremony and reception, which worked out really well. We also had our dance floor on the driveway, which worked out great for the DJ's set up and hanging lights overhead. Amelia and the other staff were great to work with on the day of the event. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Such a meaningful and intimate location to celebrate our marriage with friends and family!"
