MK Nature Center - Idaho Fish and Game

"Such a great spot to take a beat and walk the little beaten paths here, right off the greenbelt! Perfect pit stop for some cool critters to see! This place has my heart forever, and so fun to see the fishies and even all 4 sturgeon swimming about! And walk over to the river for some more zen sights. The water makes you feel like you’re sailing on by :3 there’s even a photo opportunity by the sturgeon to capture a timeline photo for the nature center! There’s also a gift shop but I have yet to check it out!"

"Live nearby so we frequent the MK Nature Center regularly. So many beautiful upgrades happening recently. Perfect place to explore and remember to make a point to visit in the morning as well as the early evening. So many incredible and hidden sights to see."

"We had a great family-friendly morning at the MK Nature Center. There was so much to see and learn about local wildlife and nature, and the walking paths were peaceful and easy for kids. The visitor center was especially cool with all the different animals and exhibits to look at. Such a fun and educational spot right in Boise, definitely worth a visit!"
